It has been our observation that after a system is installed, personnel responsible for operation does not have adequate knowledge of operating the system, let alone having the knowledge of system philosophy.

It has also been observed that even basic primary equipment like extinguishers cannot be operated by personnel

We impart training, not only to persons responsible for carrying out rescue / fire fighting operations but also to other occupants so as to enable them to help at the time of emergency. It has been observed that once the occupants are trained, it builds up their confidence and they panic less at the times of emergency.

We have trained fire fighters from the State Fire Service who conduct training at the clients' premises.

Our engineering personnel train the occcupants about system philosophy.

The training requirements in an organization are assessed for each individual employee. The potential fire hazard for an employee is determined based on the nature of his task, his location and his responsibility in case of fire protection.

  • raising the alarm
  • accessing and quick application of the fire fighting system
  • alerting the Fire Brigade
  • having a clear idea of the escape routes
  • accessing and using escape route maps
  • evacuation of the area where fire has broken out
  • modus operandi in case of obstructions like dense smoke.
