Mere installation of a system does not reduce the risk. Regular maintenance is essential for upkeep of the system otherwise inhabitants live in false sense of security.

Fire Drills should be carried out regularly and Log Book highlighting every component of the system should be maintained. Every component should be checked and status updated against each individual component. If any component is under maintanance, it should also be highlighted. At the time of emergency, failure of any component might become critical and may jeopardise rescue / salvage operations.

Keeping in view the above philosophy in our mind, we provide annual maintenance contract service to our customers.

We have sophisticated technical persons drawn from various disciplines namely, mechanical, electrical, electronics and civil to undertake such jobs as and when specific requirements arise. We emphasize that a total solution can be provided only when a multi-disciplinary approach is taken to address a problem.

1. Polish the painted and metal portions
2. Check the plunger position and ensure it is not clogged
3. Check for weight loss
4. Recharge if weight loss is detected
5. Conduct Pressure Test at regular intervals
6. In case of Dry Powder Type extinguishers, clean port holes and cartridge cylinder and check for granulation/caking
